I think when we visit doctors almost 80% of us receive the same comment: Lose weight, do not eat this and that…. And that list involves most of the yummy stuff we really like. I think it would be more effective if we would receive the list of what we can eat and not to focus on what we can’t eat. Don’t you agree? That would be our easy-healthy-eating plan.
